Location of the property was close to a subway station. Very good meals.

The hotel is located in a great area, with two small markets on our doorstep. It was easy to access the old city from here. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were all provided. The room had three single beds, with both a bath and shower. The breakfast included in our rate had many options and was more than ample.

It's a three star and therefore lacks certain facilities, such as safe and minibar, and fine bed linen. Hotel lobby gives an impression of an upmarket design hotel, and prices, including breaking, can be comparable to the five star chains when those have weekend specials.

Great location, spacious room, friendly staff

During my recent stay in Cologne, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that ticked all the right boxes. The location was perfect, centrally located but tucked away on a quiet side street, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The family room I booked was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for me and my family to relax and unwind. While the staff may have lacked a bit of sincerity, they were still friendly and accommodating.

Internet was not working well -- which was a great disappointment, especially since we had a specific event to watch. It seems that the more expensive the hotel, the more expensive and least reliable the internet is. We have stayed in many hotels for half the price, which had free internet -- and was better speed and service.

The hotel is very central and the breakfast is very nice also. The rooms were clean and confortable.

The location is very quiet but close to all the main features of the city. It is within easy walking distance of the train station and the Dom. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was courteous.

It is very convenient for transport, shopping and the Cathedral and the Rhein promenade. Provides an excellent buffet breakfast.
